Refund & Returns

You may return unopened, unused products in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value.

• Opened or partially used chemicals, for safety reasons.
• Used pads, mitts and towels.
• Products damaged through misuse or incorrect dilution.

Report leaks, breakages or wrong items within 48 hours of receipt with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return cost, at no charge to you.

Message us with your order number and the items concerned. We will confirm the return address in Nicosia and arrange collection or drop-off.

Once the return is inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Card and wallet refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard return process applies.
